Virtuti Militari

[edit]

The article on Polish Wiki (which I think this one was based on) states that Klepfisz was awarded the Virtuti Militari by Gen. Sosnowski. This source [1] (not sure if it's reliable, just found it) states it was awarded by Gen. Sikorski. If anyone's got some sources to bear on this, info much appreciated.radek (talk) 03:36, 30 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, found more sources which say it was Sikorski who bestowed the order so changing it to that. It's possible there's some confusion between the person who approved it and one who made some kind of official ceremony about it but w/o further sources it's not possible to clear it up, so I'll stick with Sikorski, per sources.radek (talk) 08:55, 30 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

And to finish this argument with myself, from the sources it appears that Sosnowski proposed it, Sikorski granted it. Too much time spend trying to be "encyclopedic".radek (talk) 09:38, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
